About Me
A bit about my journey
I am a B.S. Computer Science graduate from the University of Peshawar with a 3.70/4.00 CGPA. My interests are in trustworthy AI, computer vision, environmental machine learning, and human-centered AI systems. I enjoy building complete systems, but I am equally interested in how they are evaluated, where they fail, and how people can use them responsibly.
My recent work includes CropSeg, a UAV crop-and-weed segmentation pipeline evaluated on PhenoBench; LAND Hawaiʻi Rainfall Downscaling, an independent climate-ML reproduction; and ShortlistPro, an AI-assisted recruitment platform designed with structured outputs and human handoff. During my internship at DeepCognishann Software Services, I worked on efficient TinyLlama fine-tuning and privacy-preserving training with DP-SGD.
I also value teaching and community building. I served as a Stanford Code in Place 2025 Section Leader, co-founded the Computing Students Society, and teach AI Bootcamps for beginner students. I am now seeking graduate research opportunities that will prepare me to pursue a career as a professor working on reliable, useful AI.
